We at Remote Service Agents will provide you with the software as well as free training to excel as a home order taker. Order takers are expected to have an adequate amount of knowledge when it comes to computer use. It is also important that agents are well rehearsed when it comes to verbal communication skills, as we expect that the customers are always treated respectfully.

As an independent contractor, it is your job to:

• Provide the computer 

• Headset 

• As well as the internet connection (must have wired internet available).

Requirements:

• Computer (Windows 7,8 or 10) 

• High Speed Internet (must be plugged into a modem, no wireless) 

• USB Headset 

• Must be willing to work weekends and evenings.
